Job Highlights
- Build and deepen relationships with clients and prospects through ongoing consultation and proactive engagement
- Recommend tailored financial products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales and service goals
- Market banking solutions through various channels including in-person, phone outreach, and events
- Resolve moderate to complex service issues using internal resources and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure operational accuracy and compliance while promoting digital banking tools and fraud prevention practices
Candidate Profile
2+ year of relationship-based client consultation and / or consultative sales experience required (in the banking industry is a plus)Must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registeredWillingness to travel between branch locations may be requiredMust reside within 30 miles of Indianapolis, INAdditional Information
