As a Clinical Operations Specialist Provider Relations, you will ensure Medsien's remote care programs are successfully launched, integrated, and supported within partner practices. This role combines implementation expertise, operational support, and provider relationship management. You'll work directly with providers and staff to align Medsien's programs with their workflows, deliver training, and ensure sustained adoption and success.

What You'll Do

• Lead Medsien programs and staff training onsite.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to align Medsien programs with their care delivery goals.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes using data and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with program and billing requirements
• Travel weekly to provider sites for training, implementation, and relationship building.
