Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate proposal and grant efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs

Coordinate proposal planning, including compliance checklists and schedules

Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring timely and compliant submissions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as English, business, or communications

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing federal government proposals

Thorough understanding of government procurement processes and proposal evaluation

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
