Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech therapy services to elementary students in grades PreK-2nd. Working within a structured school setting, the role focuses on delivering both individual and group speech-language therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of approximately 50 students, with an additional 10 students preparing to begin therapy in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and therapy sessions for students in PreK through 2nd grade.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed in accordance with students IEPs.
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings related to student progress.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Valid New Jersey State SLP License.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Schedule and Location :

  • Location : Sicklerville, NJ.
  • Contract duration with two terms : April 14 through June 18 and September 2 through December 8.
  • Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, aligned with the school calendar.
