About the Company

A well-established, 4th-generation family-owned food manufacturing company is seeking a proven Plant Manager to lead operations and help advance the facility to the next level. The plant has a dedicated, highly trained workforce and strong market presence. They are now looking for a leader who can take charge, drive results, and guide the team into future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and cost control

Lead, coach, and develop employees to maximize efficiency and performance

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Monitor and improve key performance indicators : production costs, yields, throughput, and labor utilization

Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and process improvements

Foster a positive culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork

Qualifications

5–7+ years of leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing

Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager background required

Strong ability to make independent decisions and lead without heavy coaching

Experience in production planning, cost management, and efficiency optimization

Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience

Relocation assistance available
