We are seeking an experienced Database Marketing Manager with 2+ years of direct marketing experience to oversee on-property activations for our marketing campaigns at MGM Springfield. In this role, you will collaborate with the Direct Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure that all campaigns are executed effectively and align with our property marketing strategy. The day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Initialize and manage all direct marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Direct Marketing Center of Excellence using campaign request forms.
• Serve as the product owner for the Atrient kiosk platform, including promotion setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Build and manage coupons, adjustments, and promotions in Patron Management for on-property activations.
• Review and approve campaign status reports to ensure timely execution of property campaigns.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and delivery information to clients and internal teams; participate in status meetings as assigned.
• Analyze campaign exposure reports to verify offers are created as per request forms.
• Assist with regional promotional planning and implementation as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and meet departmental objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data access techniques, query languages, and database marketing systems.
• Work with IT to address vendor-related issues (e.g., Atrient, Patron Management).
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

The pay range for this role is :

$61,300.00 - $81,700.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
