Description :

Leads workforce planning and job architecture design for AI and data science functions.

Develops standardized job families, competencies, and career pathways to support a scalable, future-ready AI / ML talent strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Conducts AI / ML workforce planning and capacity modeling.

Designs job families, role levels, and competency frameworks.

Creates job descriptions and career pathways to enable internal mobility.

Benchmarks compensation and titles across various sectors.

Delivers recommendations for sustainable, scalable talent architecture.

Partners with leadership to align roles with innovation and operations.

Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Assigned to programs / initiatives under the direction of relevant leads.

Responsible for providing project-level support for key workstreams within complex direct service programs.

Supports all aspects of project lifecycles for assigned workstreams, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.

Develops and maintains templates and tools to track project progress.

Facilitates the collection of project information and manages the dissemination of updates related to project status.

Monitors progress of projects and the status of deliverables.

Proactively escalates any and all issues or risks.

Serves as a point of contact for various departments and contracted vendors.

Assists in planning and conducting trainings, including creating training materials.

Provides on-site support related to project implementation and oversight.

Provides policy and operational support and develops strategies for improving service delivery within the assigned workstream.

Assists in reviewing and approving invoices and provides recommendations related to budgetary planning.

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication.

Maintains cooperative and effective working relationships with a variety of individuals, groups, and organizations.

Shows attention to detail, flexibility, and an enthusiastic work ethic.

Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.

Experience managing external contractors / vendors is preferred.
