Join Our Team! Are you ready to take on a role that emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a motivated Automation Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd Shift team, working from 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 00 AM, Monday to Friday, in Wilmington, MA.

As an Automation Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of our operations. You will manage plant maintenance programs and ensure that safety, product quality, and environmental protection are at the forefront of all maintenance activities..

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance while enhancing operational safety and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across various equipment, including conveyors and pallet handling systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis to implement effective corrective actions and improve equipment reliability.
• Document maintenance activities accurately to maintain consistent maintenance records.
• Collaborate in scheduling maintenance tasks and support site reliability initiatives.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices and risk assessments to enhance plant performance.
