The Role : We're looking for a dynamic Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to lead a high-performing team of five. You'll drive pipeline growth, coach and inspire your team, and collaborate with sales leadership to unlock new opportunities across schools and districts.

What You'll Do :

• Lead & Grow Talent : Recruit, onboard, and develop BDRs to exceed goals.
• Drive Strategy : Build outreach plans, optimize lead qualification, and monitor pipeline health.
• Collaborate : Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate growth.
• Ensure Excellence : Oversee CRM accuracy, report performance, and stay ahead of market trends.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows : Minimum full-time salary range is between $85,000 - $90,000. This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan, and information on benefits offered is here.
