Registered Nurse First Assistant - Day Shift Full-Time

Join our team as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in our Operating Room. This full-time position offers 12-hour day shifts and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care.

As an RNFA, you will independently utilize the nursing process to provide safe and effective care for patients undergoing surgical interventions. Collaborating closely with surgeons and the healthcare team, you will ensure optimal surgical outcomes while maintaining practice privileges through the Medical Staffing office. Additionally, when not assisting directly in surgeries, you will carry out circulating and scrub duties as needed.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• A minimum of three (3) years of diversified perioperative nursing experience.

Pay Range : $63.52 - $98.60. Additional compensation may be available based on shift differentials, overtime, and incentive opportunities.
