Looking for more than just another entry-level lube-tech position? We’re hiring a Speed of Service Specialist / Technician, a unique hybrid role that blends lube technician duties with in-depth inspections, technical work, customer service, and leadership. You’ll be at the center of our First Class Speed of Service Rack , where vehicles move quickly through the shop while still getting the thorough inspections and care we’re known for. What You’ll Do :
- Direct or supplement our Speed of Service Rack process to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
- Perform digital inspections, build reports, splice / edit customer videos, and upload supporting pictures.
- Confidently use (or learn to use) shop technology for inspections, communication, and reporting.
- Present findings to advisors and help communicate them to waiting customers when needed.
- Perform maintenance and light repairs (oil changes, bulbs, batteries, wipers, filters).
- Flag issues accurately for service advisors and technicians.
- Support technicians by handling smaller jobs, freeing them up for larger repairs.
- Be the positive, energetic presence that keeps the rack — and team — operating at full speed.
What We’re Looking For :
Prior auto service experience (oil changes, inspections, light repairs).Strong communication and customer service skills.Comfortable using computers, tablets, and smartphones to build inspections, edit videos, and upload pictures.Quick to learn new software and willing to adapt to evolving technology.Someone who enjoys being the bridge between technicians and advisors.Detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.21 with a valid driver’s license with a clean record.Why Work With Us?
