Clinic Supervisor - RIA Endovascular Windsor | Windsor, CO Reporting to Clinic Manager - RIA Endovascular Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 120 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis no matter their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians. Position Summary : The Endovascular Clinic Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations and staff at the Windsor site. Under the guidance of the Endovascular Clinic Manager, this role ensures a high-quality patient experience, efficient workflows, and alignment with clinical and business goals. The Supervisor serves as the on-site leader for operations, registration, and support services, collaborating closely with providers and corporate departments to support clinic success. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced healthcare professional who can balance people management, patient experience, and operational execution in a fast-paced outpatient specialty setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise all staff, including front desk, registration, and clinical support roles
• Lead orientation, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Mentor team members and support professional development.
• Set clear goals and expectations, and manage performance improvement and disciplinary actions when needed.

Compensation : Salary range is $60,000 $90,000 annually, depending on experience.

In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.
