Responsibilities
Contact existing members to schedule recurring maintenance and service appointments.Follow up with potential customers to explain the benefits of our membership program and encourage enrollment.Maintain an organized database of current and prospective members.Answer customer inquiries regarding membership benefits, services, and renewals.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Work closely with service teams to ensure timely fulfillment of membership benefits.Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and potential service improvements.Meet or exceed membership sales and retention goals.Other duties as assignedQualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or membership development preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.Highly organized with attention to detail.Proficiency in CRM software (Service Titan) is a plus.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or restoration services is beneficial but not required.Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and / or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb / descend stairs.Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).Environmental Conditions
