Job description
A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on repair orders from external partners via phone and email
Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and pricing standards
Analyze clients' needs and repair orders to create solutions and negotiate order pricing as necessary
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must live in Indianapolis, IN or surrounding counties
Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
Six months of customer service experience required
Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
