The Day-to-Day Duties of an AT&T Team Member

• Represent AT&T by engaging directly with customers and driving sales.
• Lead by example during in-person events and customer interactions.
• Ensure each customer receives top-tier service and tailored product recommendations.
• Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed individual and group goals.
• Analyze performance data to identify strengths, opportunities, and trends.
• Work closely with management to develop and execute local sales strategies.
