Bridge Superintendent

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of bridges in heavy civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the construction of bridges and other related structures
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor progress, quality, and costs of construction projects
  • Resolve any issues or problems that may arise on the job site
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in bridge construction and heavy civil construction
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar supervisory role
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
