Job Description :
This role is based in New York, NY, and offers a full-time hybrid work environment.
The successful candidate will act as a frontline product expert, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
A strong technical aptitude is required, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions and product issues as the first line of support.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex problems.
Develop and maintain FAQs, help center content, and internal documentation.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve the product.
Create support processes and playbooks for future scalability.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a relevant field such as analysis or consulting.
Strong communication skills to interface with both customers and engineers.
High level of initiative, curiosity, and resilience.
Located in the New York metropolitan area or able to work in a hybrid setting.
Experience with technical support, integrations, or SaaS tools is a plus.
