Job descriptionMinimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing / production setting. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with : High voltage systems (480V, 208V, 110V, and DC voltages) Multimeters, current probes, and diagnostic instruments Ability to work from schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and verbal instructions. Experience interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and working with minimal supervision. Must be able to work 2nd shift after training, with flexibility for weekends / call-ins. Comfortable working in a high-voltage, hands-on environmentthis is not a desk or technician helper role. Associates Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related technical field. Overview
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Support Associate.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electronic, mechanical, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Lead or support installation and upgrade of new or existing production equipment.
- Develop and follow preventive maintenance procedures (including Lockout / Tagout).
- Use multimeters, current probes, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose complex issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure factory equipment is safe, reliable, and efficient.
- Support layout planning, capital equipment procurement, and documentation updates.
- Participate in call-in and weekend work as required to support critical operations.
- Follow all OSHA and safety protocols.
