What to Expect

Tesla is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to support our Manufacturing Engineering teams. We hire the talent responsible for developing next-generation products, automating manufacturing lines, and the "machine that builds the machine". Recruiting at Tesla is challenging; hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite at our Sparks, NV location. Alternatively, role can be based out of Buffalo, NY or Lathrop, CA sites.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
• Efficiently manage time and resources while keeping business partners informed through regular updates
• Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
• Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environment
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

Expected Compensation

$54,000 - $102,600 / annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
