Urgent Care Staff Physician with the Opportunity for Leadership in Chino, CA

A 1099 model starting at $150/hr, with a $50,000 sign-on bonus for a three-year term. Medical Directorship opportunities are also available in which physicians have more responsibility and may earn an additional $60,000 annually.

Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA, for eight years in a row. We are hiring Physicians for Southern and Central California. We have 18 facilities in five counties, with our newest location in Los Angeles County. Physician candidates must be Board-Eligible (if recently graduated) or Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine to practice at our facility locations.

1. Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine - Board Eligible (Recent graduates from a formal Residency Program) or Board-Certified
2. Urgent Care Medicine practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break
3. Full-time will be 12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month
4. Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low acuity setting
5. Patients are treated for colds/coughs/congestion, UTIs, lumps, bumps, and bruises
6. Bread & Butter Procedures: I&D of Abscesses, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair
7. Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders
8. Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation
