We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of a suite of tools for providers, patient workflows, and diagnostic reporting. Successful candidates will be ambitious, self-driven, and organized — deeply invested in both the user experience and the real-world functionality of our products.

This is a 9-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The role is primarily remote; however, we have a preference for candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) to better align with team collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to shape quality from the ground up.
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements with product managers and translate them into test strategies.
• Create, execute, and maintain test documentation and test plans.
• Execute manual and automated testing of web applications : exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, and UI testing.
• Test APIs and backend services (REST, GraphQL) for robustness and correctness.
• Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, prioritized, and tracked.
• Lead root cause analysis with developers to accelerate defect resolution.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and help instill best practices across the team.
• Be an active voice in process improvements to raise product quality and engineering performance.
• Integrate testing into CI / CD pipelines to enable continuous quality.
• Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG / ADA) through manual and automated testing.
• Contribute to performance and security testing efforts where applicable.
