This hospital-based inpatient role offers a consistent weekday schedule with minimal call volume and generous travel perks including comprehensive malpractice coverage and fully covered travel and lodging .

You ll be part of a dynamic team of seven PM&R physicians at a Level III trauma center, caring for adult inpatient rehab patients with diverse needs including CNS, sports / ortho, and medical rehabilitation .

Schedule :

Wednesdays Fridays , 7 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Optional weekend call every 4th 7th weekend (flexible)

Night call : 5 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM (very low census, rarely any call-backs)

Practice Details :

Setting : Inpatient Rehab Facility (Sub-acute)

Caseload : 14 patients / day (100% adult inpatient)

Breakdown : 50% CNS Rehab, 33% Ortho / Sports, 17% Medical Rehab

Support : No supervision of APPs required; solo PM&R coverage during shifts

Onsite Resources : 14 exam rooms, X-ray onsite, EPIC EMR
