Development Coordinator (Development Operations)
Location : Concord, CA
Pay Range : $24-25 / hr

What You’ll Do
- Enter and process gift information in Raiser's Edge; manage acknowledgments and support data integrity.
- Handle donor inquiries by phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects excellent service.
- Collaborate with Administration and Billing teams to organize and safeguard incoming mail and sensitive data.
- Assist with credit card processing and database updates, ensuring accurate tracking of gifts, notes, and donor activity.
- Support the VP of Development with administrative projects, reports, and presentation materials.
- Provide cross-departmental support, including data entry for other philanthropy teams and event coordination.
- Help execute special events that inspire donors and advance fundraising goals.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum two years in related administrative or fundraising work).Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM system.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable engaging donors and staff alike.Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance.Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.Why You’ll Love This Role
