SVP-Business Finance Head

The Head of Business Finance will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, overseeing the financial performance of the organization, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to optimize financial resources, drive profitability, and support decision‑making across the business.

What will you do?

• New Business Finance Strategy and P&L Management
• FP&A and Cost Management
• Customer / third‑party advisors Interaction, Negotiations and Management with Fortune 2000 customers
• Strategic Deal commercial negotiation, Advising client on Hyperscalers contract structure
• Advising on Global billing and taxation
• Oversee large Capex and Vendor Procurements
• Business and Technology Acumen
• Thought Leadership
• M&A and new entity setup discussion
• Internal control and Governance
• Liaison with Subsidiaries, tax department, Auditors and treasury
• Advanced individual and team development skills, including training, mentoring and evaluating performance.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility gained through working in highly charged, critical opportunities, including travelling for all such opportunities.
