Overview
The Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across
stockroom, inventory, housekeeping, and general club support. This position requires a highly
reliable, detail-oriented, and versatile individual capable of adapting to shifting priorities and
assisting wherever needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and always ready to
support the team with a solutions-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Stockroom Operations
- Organize, maintain, and optimize the stockroom layout for maximum efficiency.
- Receive, unpack, and process all incoming merchandise, supplies, and deliveries.
- Restock the sales floor or service areas based on inventory levels and operational needs.
- Prepare items for transfers, returns, and special projects.
- Label, categorize, and store products following established standards.
Inventory Management
Assist with regular cycle counts, audits, and full inventory checks.Track inventory movement accurately and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.Maintain updated inventory logs and support loss-prevention procedures.Identify low-stock or high-demand items and communicate replenishment needs.Store & Club Support
Assist with product pulls, back-of-house runs, and preparation for appointments ormember services.
Support floor associates, spa staff, and managers during busy periods.Act as a bridge between back-of-house and front-of-house teams to ensure seamlesscommunication.
Assist with event setup, special activations, or VIP / member requests. Housekeeping & MaintenanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house environment at all times.Perform light housekeeping duties (folding, tidying, organizing, sweeping).Refill and maintain operational supplies (hangers, bags, cleaning items, etc.).Report and follow up on any maintenance issues promptly.General Operations
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and jump into any operational task required.Support safety and security guidelines when handling deliveries or high-value inventory.Assist with opening and closing routines, including BOH preparation and breakdown.Demonstrate a proactive, service-oriented, and team-focused mindset at all times.Qualifications
Prior experience in operations, stockroom, warehouse, retail, hospitality, or relatedenvironments preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to lift, move, and handle boxes or equipment as needed (up to 40 lbs).Positive, collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.What We’re Looking For
