Mission

As the Director of Asset Management at Spartan, you will be located at our corporate headquarters in Golden, Colorado. The primary mission of this role is to oversee the flow of critical data and information across the organization to optimize asset performance. You will drive key operational decisions, ensure the company's assets align with strategic goals, foster a culture of accuracy, performance, cross-functional collaboration to maximize investment potential and returns to investors. The perfect candidate will be ambitious and have lofty developmental goals both personally and professionally.
