Job Summary :

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator primary responsibility will be to provide support for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing and integrations for client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system components.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator will also be responsible for working with the team to design, test and implement technical solutions to support needed integrations, reporting, forms, and customizations as defined by business requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage all levels of system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments.

o Manage release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365

o Manage upgrade / update support

o Coordinate and perform database refreshes

o Monitor and communicate maintenance notifications

o Monitor performance Dynamics 365 environments

o Deploy and manage developer environments

o Assist to maintain, and test system configurations and workflows

o Manage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems

o Assist to maintain software licenses, user access and security roles

o Provide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues

o Manage and coordinate with Microsoft through to resolution raised system issues

o Assist with administrative support for other ERP systems

o Work with functional and technical teams to understand and gather requirements to

design and develop modifications and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics.

o Use of Microsoft Dynamics development and reporting tools to design, develop and

test customizations, integrations, and reports.

o Create requested documentation supporting system design, development, and testing.

Proficiency in using computer systems and the listed software applications associated with performance assigned work is essential. Basic problem-solving skills associated with software applications used is expected. Software usage relevant to job duties will be evaluated.

Qualifications :

Training and / or Education :

BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems or Related Technical Field

Required Experience :

development experience on AX 2012 and / or D365 with Microsoft Visual Studio.
