Job descriptionmedical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off No weekends : predictable Monday - Friday schedule Professional growth opportunities : continued training, mentorship, and advancement Dynamic, team-oriented environment with performance-based bonuses and prizes Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional with a passion for customer success and relationship-building. 2+ years of experience in customer service Previous experience managing high call volume, high client and / or account volume Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism Your Role & Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist with all aspects of the client experience, ensuring they receive top-tier service throughout their matchmaking journey. Assist with managing client relationships : Regularly communicate with clients, understand their preferences, and provide tailored matchmaking services Assist with selecting and presenting high-quality matches that align with client expectations Coordinating dates and maintaining ongoing client engagement Balancing daily calls and emails to ensure superior client support Providing coaching and guidance to clients in their dating journey Work Environment & Office Location This is an in-office role located in Miramar, Fl.
