Agile Coach

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to guide teams through the transition to product-centric delivery models and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Coach teams and leaders in transitioning from project-centric to product-oriented delivery

Facilitate workshops and working sessions to establish agile practices and product vision

Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to leadership throughout the engagement

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach or Delivery Transformation Coach

Proven success in coaching teams through project-to-product and waterfall-to-agile transitions

Strong understanding of agile and lean principles and product management practices

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach or SAFe SPC are preferred
