Product Analyst

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to support production systems and defect identification.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production systems to identify issues and performance degradation

Investigate production incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution

Document findings and maintain a defect backlog while providing data-driven reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

2 years of experience in product analysis, production support, QA, or similar roles

2 years of experience in the healthcare industry

Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring systems
