This acute care medical center operates a comprehensive float pool system with robust nursing and PCT support. The facility features multiple inpatient units including ICU, step-down, and medical / surgical departments. The organization maintains a free charge nurse during day shifts Monday-Friday and 24 / 7 house supervisor coverage. The facility utilizes EPIC charting system and provides thorough orientation for float pool nurses to ensure competency across all units.
