Sales Coordinator - Drive Success at a Vibrant, Family Friendly New Manufactured Home Community in Homestead, FL!

Are you a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who loves building relationships and closing deals? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team and lead the sales efforts for a brand-new multi-family manufactured home development in Homestead, FL.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will :

  • Develop and execute smart marketing and sales strategies to exceed goals.
  • Identify leads, follow up on referrals, and convert prospects into happy homeowners.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective residents while maintaining a positive, energetic image of the community.
  • Partner with the Community Manager and regional support to coordinate home sales and streamline the buying process.
  • Collaborate with lenders, vendors, and marketing teams to enhance sales opportunities and resident experience.
  • Assist in preparing eye-catching advertising materials and promotional content to boost visibility and attract buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements

What We're Looking For :

  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience; home sales or property sales a plus!
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Experience performing Real Estate Market Analysis.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
