As a Sales Coordinator, you will :
- Develop and execute smart marketing and sales strategies to exceed goals.
- Identify leads, follow up on referrals, and convert prospects into happy homeowners.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective residents while maintaining a positive, energetic image of the community.
- Partner with the Community Manager and regional support to coordinate home sales and streamline the buying process.
- Collaborate with lenders, vendors, and marketing teams to enhance sales opportunities and resident experience.
- Assist in preparing eye-catching advertising materials and promotional content to boost visibility and attract buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements
What We're Looking For :
2-3 years of proven sales experience; home sales or property sales a plus!Bilingual in English & Spanish.Experience performing Real Estate Market Analysis.Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and meet sales goals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Valid driver's license with excellent driving record.We believe in rewarding great work and investing in our team's success.
