Full-time

Schedule: 10-hour shift

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the following equipment:

• Dozer - no GPS

• Good to have experience in the following:

• Bobcat, Backhoe, Roller, Skid Steer, Compactor, Excavator - NO GPS
• Operate Machinery: Drive, maneuver, and control heavy equipment for tasks like digging, loading, grading, and moving materials.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport dirt, rocks, asphalt, and other construction materials.
• Site Preparation: Clear land, excavate foundations, and build roads or other structures.
• General Maintenance of Equipment
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualification:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience
• Ability to read grading plans and stakes a plus but not required

• Candidate needs to have experience in grading, fine grading and blueprint reading without GPS.

• Preferably high school diploma/GED, a clean driving record.
