The Central Reservations Coordinator is responsible for completing the day-to-day administrative duties for properties serviced by the Central Reservations department.

Essential Functions :

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
• Complete all daily tasks to ensure accuracy and completion of all reservations
• Post advance deposits in a timely manner, including advance purchase bookings and third-party credit cards
• Audit all systems, review cancellations and refunds, missing deposits, and serve as point of contact for any inquiries from the properties finance teams
• Supports team sales and promotes Best Practices
• Serve as a liaison of information between Central Reservations Agents, multiple departments across the Cluster Reservations portfolio, and properties as needed
• Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs
