Remote Business Development Specialist / Remote B2B Sales Consultant
This is a remote position.
We're looking for a driven and dynamic Remote Business Development Specialist / Remote B2B Sales Consultant to join a growing, impact-focused team within a boutique consulting firm. The suitable candidate will be responsible for new business development, including cold and warm lead engagement, managing the entire sales cycle, and contributing to growth strategies. You will work remotely but closely with a collaborative team dedicated to helping clients scale through smart solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and referrals
- Qualify and engage warm leads, converting interest into long-term client partnerships
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value and address client pain points
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from first contact to signed agreement
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking leads, activities, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with client success and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Requirements :
