If you're looking for meaningful work, a close-knit team, and a long-term home, this could be the perfect fit.This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.Key Responsibilities of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner : Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients in an outpatient, community health setting.Work collaboratively with the medical director and supervising physicians to ensure high-quality care for a multicultural and multilingual pediatric population.Serve as a critical resource and advocate for children and families in need of accessible, compassionate healthcare.Qualifications of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner : Current, active, and unencumbered PNP license in the state of Texas.Master's degree in Nursing with a focus in Pediatrics.Strong recent experience in Pediatric care (FQHC or underserved populations a plus).BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.Compensation and Schedule : Base salary starting at $124,000, with potential for significantly more based on experience.Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours.Full comprehensive benefits package included.Location : Bastrop, Texas 78602(Just outside the Greater Austin area)
