Our client, a leading TPA, is actively seeking a Director of Healthcare Claims. This exciting position will be responsible for hiring and managing team levels, metrics, and sometimes deep-diving on escalated issues. We are looking for a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role and solid experience in healthcare claims processing. This is a great company with an awesome culture and would be a terrific opportunity for someone to grow in the industry. Candidates can come from another TPA or carrier. Must have outstanding computer skills and great communications / organization.
