JOB TITLE : E-commerce Customer & Operations Lead

SUMMARY : We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Domestic Distribution team as E-commerce Customer & Operations Lead, a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce business. This dynamic position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing and executing key functions, including customer service, platform listings, PPC campaigns, shipping, and inventory management. Over time, as the business scales, this role will evolve into a managerial position, overseeing these functions while providing coverage during staff absences or periods of growth and transition.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across all communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement and improve customer service policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate and appealing product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify website).
- Monitor and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Manage and execute pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Oversee daily order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Continuously evaluate processes and workflows to support the company's growth and efficiency goals.
- As the business scales, transition into a managerial role, recruiting, training, and supervising team members for each operational area.
Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify) and digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads).Familiarity with shipping and inventory management systems.A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.Leadership potential with the ability to mentor and manage a team over time.Preferred Qualifications
