Community Engagement Manager

Typical Workhours :

Typically, 40 hours per week, with flexibility for extra hours when required

Education :

Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred

Related Experience :

Two-Years-Experience working in case management or with refugee / immigrant populations is preferred

Position Summary

The Refugee Health Promotion Coordinator will have the opportunity to coordinate RS department activities to engage community support for refugee clients. Specifically, coordinate all Refugee Health Promotion (RHP) program activities. Develop and manage relationships with volunteers and community organizations to facilitate community support for Refugee Health Promotion program activities. Coordinate closely with other IM departments to accomplish objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Support with tracking data, documenting client experiences, and reporting. Capture Data & Analytics.

Present information on the refugee services program and opportunities to health partners.

In the context of the Refugee Health program, develop and supervise volunteer opportunities / internships in direct service to refugee clients.
