Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health RN for a full-time, 13-week contract in Gallatin, TN. In this role, youll partner with a respected nationwide home health agency to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This assignment offers the opportunity for an experienced RN to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Location : Gallatin, TN, and surrounding areas
Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
Hiring Company : Sunbelt Staffing - Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency
Duration : 13-week contract with possibility of extension
Type : Full-Time Contract - Scheduled 40 hours per week - 32 guaranteed hours
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, occasional weekends, and on-call
Productivity : 25 per week, 30-35 patients per week
Mileage : .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
Compensation : Negotiated directly with client based on candidate experience, and territory budget; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers; weekly pay

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health and develop individualized care plans

Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary

Educate patients and their families on managing medical conditions and treatment plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care

Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of home health experience working with adult and geriatric patients

Proficiency in using OASIS and Homecare Homebase software is required

Oasis certified strongly preferred

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Important Note : This contract role requires at least one year of prior home health agency experience and proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for consideration.
