If you thrive in a high-intensity, fast-changing environment and want your work to truly matter, you may do the best work of your life here.

Role Overview :

We're looking for a clinically-savvy specialist—ideally a nurse or TMS technician—to lead the deployment and training of our advanced TMS system. You'll be the clinical face of Ampa, guiding providers through installation, hands-on use, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

Deployment and Installation Support :

  • Travel to customer sites to deliver and set up the Ampa TMS system.
  • Ensure systems are correctly installed, tested, and ready for clinical use.

Training and Education :

  • Train technicians on the operation of the TMS system, including daily use and patient treatment workflows.
  • Train physicians on clinical protocols, patient selection, motor threshold determination, and treatment customization.
  • Deliver clear, polished, and confident clinical education tailored to diverse medical audiences.
  • Post-Deployment Client Success :

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure clients can independently and effectively treat patients.
  • Troubleshoot operational or clinical questions as needed, escalating issues appropriately.
  • Build strong relationships with clinics to foster high satisfaction and long-term success with Ampa's technology.
  • Qualifications :

  • Clinical background preferred (e.g., RN, TMS technician, or other direct neuro / psych experience).
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a healthcare, medical device, or clinical support role. Hands-on experience with TMS systems strongly preferred.
  • Polished, confident, and highly professional presence with physicians, clinic managers, and healthcare staff.
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical and clinical concepts clearly to both medical and non-medical audiences.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage travel schedules.
  • Willing to travel frequently (50%+), sometimes on short notice.
  • Specific to this Role :

  • Experience with TMS, neuromodulation, or other interventional psychiatric treatments.
  • Familiarity with FDA-regulated medical devices.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-growth healthcare environment.
  • Why Join Ampa?

  • Impact : Lead the development of transformative mental health technologies.
  • Growth : Thrive in a startup environment with rapid innovation.

  • Locations : East Coast, US (with travel to client sites)
  • Compensation : Competitive
