Commercial Litigation Associate
Job Title : Sr. Associate or Partner (Business Litigation)
Job Location : Irvine, CA
Salary : $175,000-$225,000 (Base) | $200,000-$350,00 (Total Comp)

Our skilled attorneys, with backgrounds in top law schools and private firms, offer a multi-disciplinary approach to handle a wide range of business transactions and litigation, from start-ups to multi-million dollar corporations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead complex litigation matters across various practice areas including real estate, employment, business, and IP.
Prepare and present legal reports to clients.
Conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses, and court orders.
Handle arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparations.
Build your own book of business
QUALIFICATIONS :
Partner candidates should have a book of business
