What you´ll do

• Support the deployment of global Talent Development strategy, policies and processes in alignment with North American regional needs.

Assist in coordination of leadership, learning and talent & performance management activities in North America.

Aid in developing, deploying and monitoring regional learning initiatives and programs.

Assist in best practice research and exploration of current and future trends in the leadership and learning space.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00- $88,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
