A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reportingOversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial closeLead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferredMinimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firmExperience with complex revenue recognition and payrollStrong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
