Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Alamosa, CO | 13 Weeks | Start ASAP | Full-Time

Assignment Details :

  • Location : Alamosa, Colorado
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • Schedule : Full-time, typically 5x8s (facility-specific hours to be confirmed)
  • Setting : Inpatient and / or outpatient rehab (facility may vary)

    • Requirements :

  • Active Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain before start)
  • Minimum 1 year of OT experience
  • Experience in acute care, SNF, or outpatient preferred
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

    • Duties :

  • Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, or mobility impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards
