• 177 N Uruapan Way, Dinuba, CA 93618 Website : https : / / scoutspecialties.com /   Compensation & Career Progression  Sales Representative Trainee (0–6 months) $22 / hour , based on a 45-hour work week (target annualized pay : $54,000) Paid training with mentorship and professional development No commission during this phase Sales Representative (6–18 months) $60,000 annualized base (based on 45-hour work week) Plus commission on territory gross margin Total compensation target : $70,000–$80,000 (based on performance and business results) Successful completion of the trainee program may lead to promotion into a Sales Representative role.

• What You’ll Do  Learn our business from the ground up, including sales, customer service, deliveries, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with customers through outreach, support, and tailored solutions.
• Contribute to branch operations and support vendor-managed inventory programs.
• Transition into managing accounts and growing sales opportunities as you advance.
• What We’re Looking For  Bachelor’s degree required (all majors welcome).
• Retail, service, or customer-facing work experience preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing, and personable; strong communicator and relationship-builder.
• Motivated to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel within your assigned territory.
