Design Engineering Manager

We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader to manage a team dedicated to enhancing existing products. This role focuses on ensuring designs remain reliable, cost-effective, and compliant with current regulations. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing and customer support teams to address challenges and maintain the seamless operation of our products. Responsibilities include :

• Lead projects aimed at improving product designs and reducing costs.
• Guide a team of engineers in supporting production and addressing field issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve production challenges.
• Ensure products meet safety and certification standards.
• Assist customers with technical solutions and updates.
• Maintain accurate and organized design documentation.
• Enhance engineering tools and processes.
• Mentor engineers to develop their skills.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
