UCT is looking for a talented Technician Lead to join us in Phoenix, AZ!

The Production Lead Technician works in our Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC)® to process and clean (eliminating micro-contamination) our customers’ new and in process tool chamber parts. These manufacturing processes may use various machines, processes, and chemicals to meet the varying needs of chemistry, material composition, and coatings of different parts components. Processes may take place in a cleanroom or chemical processing environment. He / she may receive, package, bag, inspect, and ship parts. Safety is our number one priority. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to avoid exposure and protect the individual. The Production Lead Technician follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes and assists the Production Supervisor to ensure all employees are following the safety protocols.

• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• The Team Leader is responsible for assisting Production Supervisor regarding safety, quality, and overall production of our customers product.
• The Team Leader must demonstrate integrity, dependability, leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and an overall general knowledge of the facility and parts cleaning.
