A family-oriented construction company is seeking an Construction Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in coordinating, scheduling and purchasing for construction projects. A background in the construction industry is required .
This is a full-time position, with time split between the home office and project sites. This direct-hire position has ample opportunity for growth!
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with team, subcontractors, and clients
- Research and purchase materials and supplies
- Deliver materials to job sites
- File project records and drawings
- Coordinate project timelines
- Prepare and track submittals
- Assist with budgeting and accounting
- Ensure safety and accuracy of projects
Qualifications :
