Responsibilities

Client Management : Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, managing their accounts effectively.

Policy Renewals : Oversee the renewal process for personal lines policies, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.

Problem Resolution : Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their insurance coverage efficiently.

Coverage Advice : Provide expert advice on policy coverage options, helping clients make informed decisions.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and account updates.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 5 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager or equivalent role in an insurance agency.

Licensing : Valid New York State Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.

Familiar with Ezlynx

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.

Customer Service : A commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
